Valid Tutorial Where to back-up games and app data? (Win 7)

I want to know where to find the Games and application data in Windows 7!


Because I will be removing Windows 7 and transfer only in Windows 8.

Like Angry Birds and Bad Piggies data for example.

Is The "AppData" folder the answer? I also want to access the userfiles in bookworm adventures 1&2 to windows 8 so when my father plays, the account will be still there.


I will update this post when I have more questions to add.
