Because you used Advanced Tokens Manager ( As you said before )

And advance tokens manager says that..

The Operating System has been detected major hardware changes and have blocked the activation.
The Operating System hasn't detected a valid SLIC Table for OEM Activations.
The License has been expired in case of KMS Channels.

I think the only solution for now is to reformat your pc again, but be sure to put or install your needed device first, to avoid hardware changes.
Put new product key and activate it again.

I think it's the only solution, but if you have better, you should try it first.
Because reformatting will loose your old programs that was installed.

First I try to activate with a new key without formatting because I work hard to install a good PC for my friends.

Of course if I have not other solution I reformatting but only if it's the last one

I'm getting now and again "activate windows 8" in top left corner for a few seconds.
Also I've fired up advanced token manager and it says that it'ìt now activated
help pls?

Just make sure not to use it on Enterprise Edition, cause it have bugs there.
But I'll try to find it out and fix it later.

First of all, thank you for the great work, my windows working fine so far.
Just want to share another experience.
I used your activator on my friend's entreprise yesterday, and so far it seems to be fine so I wonder what the bug is? Btw during the installation his security software detected "local\temp\7zsbf1c.tmp\adikz\docs\install\install.exe" as Trojan. I suppose its normal for this kind of tool, just mentioning so you might be able to adjust the code to avoid false alarm. But what happens is his software blocked the install.exe however the activation process proceeded fine and his windows is activated. I wonder if there will be any impact?

Hmmm.. I think the bugs are on just selected pc's only? lol..
If it activated your friends pc, well it's a good news.

Yah i't normal to be detected for some instance to be a virus, because just what I say on the first post, it is based on KJ pirate. I think it will not be going to be blocked because I packed it 2 times using 7zip silencer. Your antivirus might not been updated or something if that happen. But some antivir really detect it as virus, but I'm sure it was not.
