So I install and activated 8 on a partitioned 2TB western digital hard drive.
Some say if you put it on another hard drive you may loose the activation,
Well I bought a faster seagate 2TB hard drive and cloned it with the software that came with it.
Now i am running on the new drive and windows 8 is still activated.

Can I borrow the half? lol! Just kidding... hehe

Your right, cloning will not loose your activation, because it is installed on the hard drive of your computer , so if we will going to clone it even for 10 times or even more, it is still activated, that's what we are doing when reformatting computers on an internet shop..
